Troubleshooting Common Issues

Student Cannot Request Pass:

  • Verify student has Student Identity and Student ID populated

  • Confirm student is logged into the App

  • Check if student has remaining passes available

PIN Not Working:

  • Verify PIN is set correctly in Profile > Personal Data

  • Check if administrator has overridden the PIN

  • Ensure security PIN requirement is properly configured

Pass Not Appearing:

  • Refresh the Dashboard or App

  • Check Current Hall Passes section

  • Verify student information was entered correctly

Cannot Issue Pass:

  • Confirm user has appropriate permissions (Teacher or Administrator role)

  • Check if student meets all requirements

  • Verify Hall Pass feature is enabled for the site
