Student Cannot Request Pass:
Verify student has Student Identity and Student ID populated
Confirm student is logged into the App
Check if student has remaining passes available
PIN Not Working:
Verify PIN is set correctly in Profile > Personal Data
Check if administrator has overridden the PIN
Ensure security PIN requirement is properly configured
Pass Not Appearing:
Refresh the Dashboard or App
Check Current Hall Passes section
Verify student information was entered correctly
Cannot Issue Pass:
Confirm user has appropriate permissions (Teacher or Administrator role)
Check if student meets all requirements
Verify Hall Pass feature is enabled for the site
