The Issued Hall Passes tab provides an interactive, real-time audit log of all hall passes generated across your school, featuring continuous auto-refresh and granular filtering.
Available filters
Use the top filter bar to narrow down pass history:
Status: Filter by pass state:
Active: Students currently in the hallway with a running timer.
Checked In: Passes where the student has safely returned to class.
Expired: Passes that exceeded their allotted time without a recorded check-in.
Upcoming: Passes scheduled for a future time or date.
All: View complete school history across all states.
Issued by: Filter by the teacher or staff member who approved or issued the pass.
Issued to: Search by student name to review an individual student's pass history.
Reason: Filter by specific pass destination or purpose (e.g., Restroom, Nurse, Office).
Live auto-refresh functionality
The Issued Hall Passes screen automatically updates in real time without requiring manual browser reloads. This makes it an ideal central monitoring station for campus security staff, front office monitors, and administrators keeping track of active hallway traffic throughout the school day.
For historical reporting and exportable CSV audit records, navigate to Analytics > Staff Reports > Hall Pass Report in the App Dashboard.
