Quick Links provide a convenient way to create links to external websites or resources that will be displayed in your Edlio mobile app. These links can be organized into folders for better organization and management. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to use the Quick Links feature in EdlioApp.
What are Quick Links?

They can be organized in folders for better categorization
Access can be controlled based on user roles
They can be configured to open within the app or in an external browser

Best Practices for Quick Links
Use descriptive names: Make sure the link name clearly describes where it leads
Organize with folders: Group related links into logical folders
Consider user access: Use role-based access to ensure users only see relevant links
Use the external browser option: For sites that don't work well within the app's browser, toggle "Open in External Browser"
Add imagery: Upload icons or images that make your Quick Links visually recognizable
Maintain order: Use the order field to arrange your links in a logical sequence
How Quick Links Appear in the Mobile App
In the mobile app, Quick Links appear as a dedicated section that users can access from the main navigation. The links are displayed as a list or grid, depending on your app configuration.
When a user taps a Quick Link, it will either:
Open within the app's built-in browser (default)
Launch the device's default web browser (if "Open in External Browser" is enabled)
