Manage People
Step 1: Click People on the Home screen and then Manage People, or click Manage People in the left hand menu.
The first screen in Manage People will have all profiles that exist. You can use the Advanced Filters to review user information further.
These filters make it easier for your team to ensure your community is active on the app and receiving communication.
Family Page
The first page of Manage People shows Family data. The lists shows students with the parent(s) nestled beneath. The system will not show parents beneath the student if there is not relationship data added.
You can Open Family to view all parents as you scroll. Open Family will expand to show parents beneath the students.
