Select "Conversations" from the App Menu on your mobile device .
Select + to create a new conversation.
Name the Conversation
Select "None" and the existing lists will show at the bottom of the screen. Select Group and click "Done"
Select "Everyone" and the secured access app roles will show at the bottom of the screen if you want to filter the group further. Select "Role" and click "Done".
You will see the filters you selected and now the list reflects those persons.
The next step is to select the actual persons to include in the Conversations group. You can either Select All or select individuals by tapping the image/icon next to their name.
The final step is to tap "Create (#)" in the top right corner. The number reflects how many were selected to be in the group.
Once created, the Conversations group with the Target List is available on the app and in the Dashboard.
