Maximize family engagement while maintaining high mobile performance:

  • Organize Albums by School Event & Year: Use clear naming conventions such as Homecoming 2026, STEM Science Fair - Spring 2026, or Class of 2026 Graduation.

  • Optimize Image File Sizes: Upload clear photos balanced for mobile viewing (1200px to 1600px width, 1–3MB per image) to guarantee fast loading over cellular connections.

  • Respect Student Privacy Guidelines: Utilize the built-in audience access controls to restrict sensitive event albums to verified authenticated roles (e.g., Parent/Guardian or Staff lists).

Accessing Pictures Management

  1. From the mobile app dashboard, open Features.

  2. Select Pictures to view your photo folders, albums, and upload controls.

Creating an Album Folder

  1. Click the blue + New folder button in the top action bar.

  2. Configure the album properties:

    • Folder Title: Descriptive event name (e.g., Graduation Ceremony).

    • Description: Optional context or photo credit details.

    • Cover Image: Representative photo highlighting the album.

    • Audience Access: Make public to All Users or restrict visibility to specific community roles or custom lists.

    • Unpublished: Leave checked to curate photos privately until the album is ready for release.

  3. Click Ok to establish the album container.

Uploading Photos

  1. Open the target album folder from the Pictures dashboard.

  2. Click + New or Import to launch the multi-photo uploader.

  3. Drag and drop image files directly from your computer or browse to select multiple images.

  4. Assign optional descriptions, titles, or tags to individual images, then click Save to finish uploading.

Managing Albums & Photos

  • Edit Album: Click the Pencil icon to adjust titles, cover images, or visibility settings.

  • Delete Items: Select individual photos via checkboxes and click Delete, or remove entire folders using the row trash can icon.

  • Export: Use the top Export button to download archived photo collections.
