Quick Links - Import multiple quick links at once

Import Quick Links
This guide will demonstrate how to import a list of links at once.


1. Log into your dashboard. Navigate to "Features" > "Quick Links".

2. Select the "Import" button.

3. Use the provided template to list your links. Select "Click here to download the formatted XLSX file for proper upload". You will find this template in your downloads folder.

4. Your template will look like this. Remove the examples and add your Title, Subtitle (optional), and URL. Once you have finished adding all of your links, save your document.

5. Return to your dashboard and select "Drag an Excel file or click here to browse". Find your saved document and select it for upload.

6. You will see the Selected File listed and the Summary of your upload. If your summary shows that you have invalid records you can return to your spreadsheet to fix those and upload it again or select "Continue" to review the errors and decide if you would like to move forward with the import despite the errors.

7. Next, you will review your import. If your document has errors, you will be able to review those here. If no errors were found, you can select "Continue" to finish the import.

8. If you are satisfied with the Import Data information on this page, your last step is to select "Import".

9. You will be routed back to your Quick Links page. You should now see your quick links added.
You have the option to move your link(s) into a folder, copy the link to quickly edit a new link, edit the link details (image, subtitle, pinned position), or delete your link.
