Site Conversations Monitoring

Overview

Site Conversations is only for administrators with Dashboard access. This feature allows administrators to monitor conversations taking place site-wide, as well as monitor reported issues in Conversations.

Navigation

To navigate to Site Conversations:

  • Click on the Features tile on the Home screen, then Conversations, then Site Conversations

  • Or click Site Conversations directly in the left hand menu

Main Monitoring Areas

Site Conversations View Site Conversations is where all of the conversations for the App are able to be viewed. This includes deleted conversations.

  • All conversations with white text are active conversations

  • If a conversation was deleted by a participant, the deleted conversation would turn grey

  • At the far right side of every Conversation, there is an eyeball icon

  • Click the eyeball to see additional information about that specific Conversation

Detailed Conversation Information: The detailed view shows:

  • Complete content of the conversation, including if others were added after Conversation creation

  • All active participants

  • Any attachments that have been shared in the Conversation

  • Any issues specific to this Conversation that were reported

Reported Issues Reported Issues is where issues reported with the Conversations feature are housed. Examples of this could include:

  • Inappropriate words or images shared in a conversation

  • Vulgar language

  • Other issues within the Conversation itself

Note: Technical issues should not be reported using this feature.
