Moving Photos Into Folders

There are two ways that photos can be moved into folders. Photos can be placed directly into into folders upon import, or they can be moved into folders after. This article will discuss both methods of using folders.

Import Photo Directly Into Folder

First, ensure you are in the Photos feature in the Dashboard.

Next you will need to create a folder. Click on New Folder at the right side of the Photos Feature screen.

Next you will have the following screen open. You will need to choose an icon or picture for the folder, select a name, decide on secured access settings if available, and decide if you want to publish the folder. Then, click ok.

The folder will be created

Click on the folder, and click Import once in the folder.

Then, follow the steps found in Import Photos, or follow the prompts. You can also hit +New if you only have one photo to add to this folder.

To exit the folder, hit the small up arrow next to +New Folder.

Import Photos to Main Photo Feature, then Move to Folder

From the main Photo Feature, click the Import icon, or click +New. Follow the steps in Import Photos to import the photos. The photos will appear on the main Photo Feature screen.

To move a single photo into a folder, click on the folder icon to the far right of that photo.

You can also move multiple photos by clicking the checkboxes next to the photos, and clicking Move below the list of photos.

A box will appear with the available folders. Select the folder you want to move the photo(s) to, and click. The photos will automatically move to the selected folder.
