Secure Document Delivery Overview

Send report cards, IEP notices, and student-specific PDFs to families securely at scale via Mass Communications (voice/text/email) — with delivery tracking and expiring links.

Secure Document Delivery lets your school send student-specific documents — report cards, progress reports, IEP notices, and more — to parents and guardians securely, at scale, and with delivery tracking.

Instead of printing and mailing, or sending one email at a time, you upload a single bulk PDF. The system matches each page to a student in your roster, and every family receives a secure link to only their child's document by email or text message. You can see exactly who opened their document, and links automatically expire on a date you choose.

How it works

Secure Document Delivery is built around two pieces:

  • Templates — reusable setups that define how the system identifies students on your documents, which contacts get notified, and what the notification messages say. You create a template once and reuse it every time you send that document type.

  • Deliveries — the actual sends. Each delivery uses a template, a bulk PDF, and an expiration date.

User access

There are two permission levels:

  • Administrator — full access. Can create and edit templates, send deliveries, and manage all deliveries.

  • Teachers / Staff — can use existing templates to send deliveries, and can view and manage their own deliveries only.

Where to find it

Navigate to Mass Communication > Secure Document Delivery. The dashboard shows all your deliveries with their status, recipient counts, open rates, and send dates. Click Templates in the top right corner to manage your templates.
