Send Invitations in Bulk/Reset Passwords in Bulk
Log into your dashboard. Navigate to People > Manage People.
Locate the people you would like to invite and check the box for each person.
Note: Use the Advanced Filter option to narrow your searchOnce all people you would like to invite have been checked, scroll to the bottom of your page and select “Send/Resend invite or Password Reset Instructions”.
If the user has already been sent an invitation your option will read as “Send Password Reset Instructions”. This does not automatically reset their password but does give them the option to reset their password if they choose to do so.
To send invites to a group users use the Advanced Filters to narrow the group down as seen below:
1. Click on People
2. Click on Manage People
3. Click on Advanced Filters
4. Click on the Account text field then select the account status you would like to target
5. Click on Apply
6. Click on Send/Resend Invite or Password Reset Instructions
7. Select which roles you want the invites sent to
9. Click on Send
10. Once the invites are sent you will receive a notification within the Communications Dashboard
Additional Details:
If your user can not find the email that allows them to set or reset their password, please ask that they check their spam folder.
You can verify whether a person has been sent an invitation by viewing the Account options in the Advanced Filters in Manage People.
A new user will receive an email that looks similar to the one below (these messages are customized by role). An existing user will receive an email instructing them to click a link to reset their password.
