Adding Accounts for Existing Contacts:
For users that do not have an app Dashboard account and need them created.
Step 1: Click People on the Home screen and then Create Accounts
Step 2: From this Screen, you can sort to find the person or people that you need to have an app account created for. You can also search by names or email addresses.
Step 3: Click the small box to the Right to choose the person(s) that you want to create an app account for then click Continue at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Select what type of App Account the person(s) needs to have access to and then click Create Accounts:
